Cod Fish in black tempura, “Vizcaina” sauce

Duck and apples Risotto, gooseberry liqueur

Sirloin of Iberian pork crusted with seeds, potatoes, shallots and mushrooms

Warm apple crumble with cinnamon and vanilla ice cream
